Charlamagne Tha God Slams Kanye West For Being A Hypocrite!

Charlamagne Tha God

While people have had mixed emotions about Kanye West and his behavior lately, Charlamagne Tha God has let it be known where he personally stands on the issue.
Charlamagne says people can’t ever be surprised that Kanye says something wild and crazy because that’s Kanye being Kanye. He believes that when Kanye says things that people agree with, people view him as a genius and one of the most forward-thinking people and artists of our generation. Charlamagne says it’s when people disagree with what Kanye is saying that causes them to claim he’s crazy.
Charlamagne does have an issue with Kanye being a hypocrite though. According to Charlamagne, Kanye West can’t talk about the politics of what artists do at MTV and radio when he does the exact same thing.
“Kanye you play the same games, so stop it. You do the exact same things. You tell award shows you aren’t going to show up if you can’t do this. I’ve seen Kanye literally hold people….he held MTV prisoner until the very last moment. He was like just give me 30 minutes to do whatever I want to do,” said Charlamagne
Charlamagne says Kanye used who he is and his position of power to leverage what he wanted, so Ye needs to practice what he preaches.
C says Yeezy can’t call Beyonce out when he is doing the exact same things. Charlamagne says he isn’t even sure if Kanye is really crazy. He believes that Ye only checked himself in to avoid these lawsuits.
He also finds it troubling that Kanye would go on stage and blast his “friend” Beyonce who is his man Jay Z’s wife off of some hearsay. He believes that it’s possible that Beyonce never even rigged the VMAs.

Lil Wayne Admits Not Having $150 Million Net Worth Often Cited Online (VIDEO)

Lil Wayne Photo

Consuming wealth has become a stated goal for many rappers. As a result, the public tends to be interested in exactly how much money Hip Hop stars actually have.
One way people check on the financial status of rappers is by googling their net worth.
For example, if you search for Lil Wayne’s net worth online, the result claims the Young Money boss is worth around $150 million.
Wayne actually refuted that report during an interview with The Nine Club.
But instead of boasting that his net worth was actually much higher, the “Rich As F-ck” performer admitted $150 million is not a completely accurate representation.
“Honestly, I’m gonna let everybody know now – so when you go check motherf-ckers’ net worth and that sh-t be saying some crazy numbers – I don’t have a cent close to that sh-t,” stated Wayne. “But I guess they be meaning that’s what I’m worth.”
The New Orleans-born rhymer later added, “They are smart, so they know what they’re talking about. It’s motivation. It’s just motivation.”
There is a difference between net worth, income, and savings. Net worth is the value of your personal assets minus all liabilities or debt. Income is the sum of all the wages, salaries, and profits collected in a certain time period.

Barack Obama Covers Rolling Stone

Obama speaks on Donald Trump's election win and reflects on his presidential term in a new interview with Rolling Stone.

Barack Obama is Rolling Stone's newest cover man. In his 10th Rolling Stone interview and fourth with the magazine's longtime editor-in-chief Jann Wenner, the president reflected on the presidential election and what it means for the policies he implemented in his eight years in office.
Obama expressed concerns about the next Supreme Court nominee and the fate of the Affordable Care Act but emphasized that he is not "chagrined, pissed off, upset, dismayed."
"Probably the main reason that I don't feel dismayed, but do feel disappointed, is the incredible young people who have worked in my administration, worked on our campaigns," he said. "If you look at the data from the election, if it were just young people who were voting, Hillary would have gotten 500 electoral votes. So we have helped, I think, shape a generation to think about being inclusive, being fair, caring about the environment. And they will have growing influence year by year, which means that America over time will continue to get better."
He explained factors that led to Trump's election and admitted the the Democratic Party "not working at a grassroots level" shaped the election outcome. He concluded the interview with the following advice for Trump:
"I think the main thing that I will say to him is, number one, however you campaigned, once you're in this office, you are part of a legacy dating back to those first Revolutionaries. And this amazing experiment in democracy has to be tended. So aside from any particular issue, the president needs to recognize that this is not about you. This is not about your power, your position or the perks, the Marine band. This is about this precious thing that we’ve inherited and that we want to pass on. And for me at least, that means you surround yourself with really good people, that you spend time learning and understanding what these issues are because they really actually have an impact on people. They're not games that we're playing. And that to the best of your ability, you're making the decisions that you think are right for the American people – even when they're not popular, even when they're not expedient. And the satisfaction you get from that is that when you leave this place, you can feel like you've been true to this immense privilege and responsibility that’s been given to you."

P-Dice Allegedly Rejects Fetty Wap's $1 Million Settlement Offer

P-Dice claims that Fetty Wap tried to settle with him for $1 million, $6 million less than his asking price. The former Remy Boy is seeking damages for getting taken off the song "679."

P-Dice is a former member of the Remy Boys who was featured on the original version of the smash hit "679," though he was kicked out of the group before the release of Fetty Wap's debut album. The "679" that ended up on Fetty Wap, released in September 2015, featured just Fetty and Monty, the only two current Remy Boys. At the end of last month, it was reported that P-Dice was suing Fetty over the song that he got removed from. He thinks his former crew mate owes him upwards of $7 million. P-Dice has now alleged that Fetty tried to settle with him for $1 million -- an offer that he swiftly declined.
The Petting Zoo rapper gave a rundown of the current state of his financial dispute to TMZ, who caught up with him outside of a Panera Bread in NYC. "You don't take your foot of a n*gga's neck until he pays you what he owes you," P-Dice tells the reported after being asked if he was "still coming for Fetty's head." He claims that Fetty offered to pay him $1 million a couple of months ago, and no agreement has been reached since.
P-Dice first tells the reporter that he won't accept anything less than $7 million, before he quickly reconsiders and says, "We ain't going no lower than 3." He goes on to affirm that he and Fetty will never collaborate again, even if he gets the millions that he's after.

Is Lil Wayne Releasing a Project Called 'Funeral'?

Even though Lil Wayne's Tha Carter Vis currently being held captive inside the Cash Money/Young Money vault, the rapper won't stop feeding his fans new music. Lil Wayne recently stopped by The Nine Club to speak on his beginnings with Cash Money, his Miami rooftop skatepark, his storied career and his decision to drop a new project titled Funeral
"Just make sure they know that Funeral is coming soon," said Wayne toward the end of the interview. When asked what Funeral was, he responded, "That's my music."
"I have a whole bunch of good news coming soon," he continued. "If you are a Wayne fan, I know we been going through tough times right now, but if you're a Wayne fan, we 'bout to hold our heads high."
In December 2014, Wayne vented on Twitter about his creative setbacks, claiming that Birdman and Cash Money Records "refused" to release Tha Carter V. "To all my fans, I want u to know that my album won't and hasn't been released bekuz Baby & Cash Money Rec. refuse to release it," he tweeted. "I want off this label and nothing to do with these people but unfortunately it ain't that easy ... I am a prisoner and so is my creativity."
Despite his Birdman beef, Lil Wayne has also landed cameos on recent projects like Solange's A Seat at the Table and Ariana Grande's Dangerous Woman
Billboard has reached out to Lil Wayne's rep for additional comment.

T.I. & Mayweather Spar After Footage Of Floyd Dancing With Tiny Surfaces

T.I and Floyd Mayweather have been having simmering issues since 2014, and it appears that the war of words could be heating back up. Their rivalry made headlines again this past Halloween when T.I.’s wife, Tiny, was seen in a photo with her husband’s enemy. Tiny had said she’d posed for a quick photo at Mariah Carey’s request and then kept it moving, although new footage shared by Instagram account @HollywoodUnlocked appears to show the two dancing together at the R&B superstar’s Halloween party.
It had been previously rumored that Tiny and Mayweather’s relationship was of a clandestine sort, and there was that skirmish between T.I. and Mayweather back in 2014 that got physical.
Around the same time the post of the two dancing went up, the veteran Atlanta rapper posted an Instagram video poking fun at Mayweather’s father, in a clip of comedian Kevin Hart and Grand Hustle VP and Rubicon CEO Clay Evans having a roasting session during what looked to be a dinner gathering. Things took a turn when Hart said that Evans was a “Mayweather’s father face-ass nigga” which made the entire table erupt in laughter.
Recently, T.I. also had sharp words for the world-class boxer over his “All Lives Matter” stances.
In what appears to be a response to T.I., Hollywood Unlocked, or anyone else who might throw shade his way, Mayweather posted an image of a $100 million check to his own IG account. “Gotta love these backseat drivers so worried about another man’s legacy instead of trying to write their own. Ultimately, I will always have the last laugh,” he wrote, before bragging about his riches in further detail.

DESIIGNER CLEARED OF HIS DRUG AND GUN ARREST IN NEW YORK CITY

Desiigner Cleared Of All Charges Stemming From NYC Arrest

Desiigner is officially off the hook from various charges after he was arrested in New York back in September. According to TMZ, the Brooklyn rapper was cleared of all charges in court today (November 29).
Pitchfork adds that the “Panda” rapper and his friends accepted ACDs or “adjournments in contemplation of dismissal,” which closes the case.
The 19-year-old was facing charges for misdemeanor menacing and criminal possession of a controlled substance. This was less than the initial felonies that Desiigner faced when he was charged with criminal possession of a loaded weapon.
He was taken into custody earlier this fall with four other people after a reported road rage incident where a man called authorities because he claimed Desiigner threatened him with a gun.
No gun was found inside the SUV that the G.O.O.D. Music signee and his friends were riding in, so the gun charge was dropped, along with a charge for intent to sell that was slapped on the case because of the amount of drugs, which turned out to be steroids, found in the car.

The Weeknd Breaks Record For Most Spotify Streams In A Day

The Weeknd Breaks Record For Most Spotify Streams In A Day

The Weeknd’s streaming numbers for his latest LP, Starboy, are expected to be “astronomical” and it seems the Canadian singer’s already hitting that level as he broke Spotify’s record for streams in one day, according to Pitchfork.
The project — which is projected to debut at #1 on Billboard’s Top 200 albums chart — was released Friday (November 25) with the lead singles “Starboy” and “False Alarm.” The Weeknd enlisted Kendrick Lamar, Future and Lana Del Ray for features on the LP.
Last year, Spotify shared that the last artist to hold the record for most streams in a day was Justin Bieber, who did so with 36 million streams on November 13 with the release of his Purpose album.
Drake was the most-streamed artist of 2015. He has surpassed 3 billion streams on the platform with his VIEWS LP and he has Spotify’s most-streamed song ever with “One Dance.”

21 Savage On Kylie Jenner: "I'ma Tear That Ass Up"

21 Savage On Kylie Jenner: "I'ma Tear That Ass Up"

21 Savage is definitely not worried about Tyga after he clarified in no uncertain terms how he feels about Kylie Jenner.
When he was recently heading into L.A.’s Ace Of Diamonds club, the 24-year-old ATL rapper was approached by a TMZ reporter who said, “I heard you have a thing for Kylie, bro,” to which Savage emphatically responded, “I’ma tear that ass up.”
When the reporter followed up with “What would Tyga say about that though?” one of Savage’s entourage cursed at him and gave him the finger.
Strangely enough, the reporter didn’t think to ask what Kylie would say about it.
Later in the night as 21 Savage left the club, the same reporter asked 21 Savage “Do you think you could be a better provider to Kylie than Tyga?” to which the rapper responded “I don’t know, but I like that relationship.”

The whole controversy started last week when 21 Savage posted a picture of Kylie to his Twitter account accompanied by more than one love-eye emoji. It turned out that it wasn’t the first time he’d let his feelings about Jenner be known, having previously tweeted “Kylie Jenner gone be mine, she need a real savage.”
Kylie is apparently a fan since she was bumping his music on Snapchat, but she’s yet to respond to these latest developments.

ScHoolboy Q's Twitter Acoount Hacked

ScHoolboy Q's Hacked Twitter Goes On Short-Lived Trolling Spree

ScHoolboy Q is the latest victim of Twitter hacking and the culprit went on a trolling spree with rap fans today (November 29).
Among the outrageous claims that ScHoolboy Q’s hacker made to his 1.87 million new followers was that the legendary J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar collaborative album is “out real soon.”

He also asked about the status of André 3000’s solo album and pleaded for Palestine’s freedom, saying that Israel “are tHe ones tHat are trying to sHut down Kanye.”
The TDE signee and ‘Ye collaborated for Q’s Blank Face LP hit “THat Part” and the hacker chastised the Yeezy haters.
Q was quick to delete the tweets as he found out within minutes that he was hacked.

50 Cent Sues Companies For Using His Image Without Permission

50 Cent Sues Companies For Using His Image Without Permission

While 50 Cent has spent plenty of time in courtrooms during recent times, it’s been rare that the Queens rapper has been on the plaintiff side of the aisle. But the artist born Curtis Jackson has launched a lawsuit against a series of companies that are using his likeness to promote their wares.
The well-rounded entrepreneur has used his imposing image and charisma to promote his own brands, but a suit launched against a series of auto-related companies claims that the businesses violated Jackson’s consent policy according to a TMZ report.
The companies named in the suit, Phenomenal Vinyl, Rim Source Motorsports, and Forgiato, are accused by Jackson of using his image despite his instructions to not do so. While Jackson has used the services of the aforementioned companies in times past, the suit alleges that they bypassed the warning for their own gain.
An Instagram photo posted by New York’s Phenomenal Vinyl shows Jackson kneeling alongside a Rolls Royce that the company worked on. The caption on the photo clearly links Jackson to the photo, along with details of the job performed.
The trademark suit also has an added caveat. It appears that Phenomenal Vinyl is keeping Jackson from obtaining a set of rims over what the company claims is a $31,000 bill. TMZ adds that the company believes Jackson is holding out on paying the bill because he believes they overcharged in response to the suit.
Check out the photos of the companies’ alleged violations (via TMZ) below.

O.T. Genasis' "Cut It" Becomes His 2nd Platinum Single

O.T. Genasis now has two platinum plaques in the bag. His Young Dolph-featuring single "Cut It" has officially moved 1 million copies.

O.T. Genasis has earned his second platinum plaque. His breakout hit, "CoCo," released in late 2014, was declared platinum in February of this year. The certification has now been awarded to "Cut It," released in September 2015. The single features Young Dolph and was included on Genasis' Rhythm & Bricks mixtape. The song was most popular this summer, peaking at No. 35 on Billboard's Hot 100 in early July. At the present time, the music video has amassed nearly 140 million views on YouTube.
There were definitely those out there who thought O.T. would be a one-hit wonder. With two platinum records, do you think he's here to stay? He's yet to drop his debut album. Earlier this month, O.T. dropped his first project since Rhythm & Bricks.
Congrats to O.T., Young Dolph, and the Conglomerate family.

Rumor has it that J. Cole and his wife are expecting their first child together!
