Kid Cudi Misses Deadline for 'Passion, Pain and Demon Slayin'' Album

Earlier this week, Kid Cudi dropped teasers on Twitter for his forthcoming album
Passion, Pain and Demon Slayin -- which was supposed to arrive today (Sept. 30). The "Chosen One" released a note via Twitter to admit that he missed the deadline for his album, but says fans will still have access to two songs from the anticipated project.
Cudi delivered his last album Speedin' Bullet To Heaven -- which peaked at 36 on the
Billboard 200 -- at the end of 2015. After calling out "haters in the industry" during a Twitter rant earlier this month, the buzz surrounding his forthcoming project was at an all-time high. "Everyone thinks they're soooo great. Talkin top 5 and be having 30 people write songs for them," he lamented, before announcing that "The days of the fuckery are over".
While fans wait anxiously for Cudder's project to be released, "Frequency" and "Surfin" will be available for purchase in the coming days.
