Fans Rally to Help Kanye West Get Out of Debt

"Without our help, the true genius of Kanye West can't be realized"
Kanye West fans are coming to the rescue. One benevolent soul is vowing to help the rapper pay off his $53 million debt by launching a
GoFundMe page.
Jeremey Piatt set up the page on Feb. 15, and at press time 299 fans have chipped in $3,044 towards the cause. West publicly asked
Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg for financial assistance on his Twitter page, with seemingly no success.
Piatt clarified that he isn't looking to earn "a penny" from the endeavor, and requested that GoFundMe transfer all the funds over to West's handlers.

"Kanye West, prolific entertainer/fashion icon/celebrity/member of the Kardashian family needs our help," he wrote on the page. "Recently, Kanye let us in on his personal struggle. He is 53 million dollars in debt and it doesn't look like he's going to get Mark Zuckerberg's help that he desperately needs."
Piatt encouraged fans to open their "hearts and wallets for Kanye today."
"Sure he is personally rich and can buy furs and houses for his family, but without our help, the true genius of Kanye West can't be realized," he said.
