Chris Brown Invited To Sit-Down By LAPD

Chris Brown Invited To Sit-Down By LAPD
Chris Brown was invited by police to have a sit down because they want to question him about all of the complaints they are receiving from his neighbors.
TMZ reports that authorities covering the San Fernando Valley in California have received several calls regarding noise complaints, drugs and reckless driving and want to sort things out with the pop star.
“Chris is a chronic problem who takes up a tremendous amount of our resources,” one source told the celebrity news site.
Last year, Breezy was facing disturbing the peace charges for riding his ATV around the neighborhood and reportedly doing donuts in a neighbor’s yard, but the case was dismissed.
He also had a standoff with police when a beauty queen alleged that he pulled a gun on her while she and some friends were at a party at his house. The singer was arrested and then freed on $250,000 bail.
On top of that, Brown’s ex-girlfriend Karrueche filed a restraining order against him last month amidst allegations that he is battling with drug addiction.

Man Who Robbed Drake's Tour Bus Sentenced To Jail Time

Man Who Robbed Drake's Tour Bus Sentenced To Jail Time

The Arizona man who stole $3 million in jewelry from Drake’s tour bus last September was given a one-year jail sentence after his arrest that month for breaking into woman’s dorm room at Arizona State University. Travion King, described by authorities as a homeless person, will also face five years of probation once he’s set free.
The District Attorney’s Office for Maricopa County in Arizona spoke exclusively with TMZ and told them that King, who was 21 when he was initially booked, will be on supervised probation.
King committed his theft on September 6 during a Pheonix stop for Drake’s Summer Sixteen Tour. King lifted jewelry that reportedly belonged to Drake’s tour DJ, Future The Prince, and the briefcase carrying the items was discovered after King was arrested for trespassing and breaking into the aforementioned dorm.
Drake was caught on video in a heated exchange with people in his entourage, although he later claimed to have no knowledge of the incident when paparazzi cornered him in West Hollywood and told him that the suspect in the theft had been arrested.
Drake nor his team have publicly responded to the latest developments in the case.

Drake's 'More Life' Project Finally Gets Release Date

It appears that Drake’s long-rumored More Life playlist project finally has an official release date.
During a concert Friday night (March 10) in Hamburg, Germany, the Toronto rapper told the crowd he was on the verge of finishing the project.
“I know it’s taken me a while, but I’m going to the hotel tonight to finish this More Life shit so I can give it to you as soon as possible,” he shares to much applause.
On Saturday morning, he followed up the announcement by posting a video on Instagram that all but confirms More Life will drop on March 18. The short clip gives a glimpse into Drake’s party-heavy life on the road, and ends with the project title and "March 18" release date.
Watch below.

Ed Sheeran's 'Divide' Bows at No. 1 on Billboard 200 Chart With 2017's Biggest Debut

Ed Sheeran's ÷ (Divide) blasts in at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, earning a whopping 451,000 equivalent album units in the week ending March 9, according to Nielsen Music. That’s the largest week for an album in 2017, and the biggest since J. Cole’s 4 Your Eyez Only launched at No. 1 with 492,000 on the Dec. 31, 2016-dated list.
The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week in the U.S. based on multi-metric consumption, which includes traditional album sales, track equivalent albums (TEA) and streaming equivalent albums (SEA). The new March 25-dated chart (where Sheeran debuts at No. 1) will be posted in full to Billboard’s websites on Tuesday, March 14.
Further, ÷ starts with 322,000 in traditional album sales -- again, the largest sales frame for an album since 4 Your Eyez Only debuted with 363,000 copies sold.
This is Sheeran’s second No. 1 album on the Billboard 200, following the chart-topping bow of his previous studio effort, x (Multiply), in 2014. That set launched with 209,000 in traditional album sales (before the Billboard 200 transitioned to a ranking based on equivalent album units).
Additionally, ÷ logs the biggest streaming week for an album since 4 Your Eyez Only’s debut frame. ÷ earned 90,000 streaming equivalent album units (which equates to 134.6 million streams of songs from the album in the tracking week). 4 Your Eyez Only arrived with 118,000 streaming equivalent album units (176.9 million streams of the album’s songs).
Metallica’s Hardwired… To Self-Destruct jumps from No. 14 to No. 2 on the new Billboard 200 with 81,000 units (up 191 percent) and 79,000 in album sales (up 209 percent). The gain is owed mostly to a concert ticket/album bundle sale redemption promotion with the band’s stadium tour that went on sale on Feb. 17. The trek launches on May 10 in Baltimore, Md., at M&T Bank Stadium. Redemptions of albums included with the purchase of a concert ticket register as a sale in the week the customer redeems/receives the album.
Bruno Mars '24K Magic holds at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with 65,000 units (up 12 percent), Future’s self-titled album dips 2-4 with 52,000 units (down 18 percent), while last week’s leader, Future’s HNDRXX, falls to No. 5 with 49,000 units in its second week (down 59 percent).
Migos’ Culture is steady at No. 6 with 44,000 units (down 6 percent), The Weeknd’s Starboy is stationary at No. 7 with 42,000 units (down 8 percent), and the Moana soundtrack is also a non-mover at No. 8 with 39,000 units (up less than 1 percent).
The second and final debut in the top 10 belongs to Khalid, whose American Teen arrives at No. 9 with 37,000 units (12,000 in traditional album sales). It’s the 19-year-old R&B singer’s debut effort, and was led by the single “Location,” which has reached the top 20 of the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
Rounding out the Billboard 200's top 10 at No. 10 is the Trolls soundtrack, falling five slots with 36,000 units (down 28 percent).

Rick Ross Unveils 'Rather You Than Me' Track List, Drops New Single 'Trap Trap Trap'

The album features a star-studded roster including Future, Meek Mill and Nas. Even Chris Rock -- who attended the album's listening party on Wednesday -- will make an appearance.

To celebrate the album's release, Ricky Rozay will have a meet and greet with fans called Boss Basel in NYC later Thursday. He also shared the album's next single, "Trap Trap Trap," featuring Young Thug and Maybach Music labelmate Wale.

Nicki Minaj Reunites Young Money Squad on 'No Frauds' Featuring Drake, Lil Wayne: Listen

Nicki Minaj has delivered the ultimate riposte in her beef with Remy Ma. She’s just dropped three new tracks -- "Changed It," "Regret In Your Tears" and "No Frauds" -- the latter a blockbuster reuniting the rapper with her Young Money squadsters Drake and Lil Wayne.
The Young Money triumvirate set social media alight when they reassembled for a group picture earlier this year. And then Drake teased fans with talk of a reunion show featuring the label's big three. But until now, the purpose of their reunion was layered in mystery.
"No Frauds" appears to be a response track to her ugly online row with Remy. “I don't need no, frauds/I don't need no, drama when you call/I don't need no, fake/Soon as I wake up keep an eye out for the snakes, yeah,” raps Minaj. The song arrived at midnight with the accompanying singles, all of which will appear on her upcoming fourth album, the followup to The Pinkprint which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 in early 2015.
Minaj and Drake have chalked up several collabs in the past, from 2009's "Best I Ever Had (Remix)," to 2010's "Up All Night" and "Moment 4 Life," 2011's "Make Me Proud," and their most recent tag-teams on "Only" and "Truffle Butter" from 2014.
With Meek Mill now out of her Minaj’s life, the old pals have buried the hatchet and the Young Money band is back together. Stream the three new songs below.

We Might Get Drake's "More Life" This Weekend

We Might Get Drake's "More Life" This Weekend
Drake’s More Life playlist could come as early as this weekend, according to Hits Daily Double, one of the more reliable sources among the many that spread news about all things Drizzy.
The site does not specifically name More Life, but says an “album containing 20 newly recorded tracks could surprise-drop as soon as this weekend.” The outlet says that much of the project was recorded overseas on Drake’s Boy Meets World Tour and includes guest features from European artists, which might explain the the delays.
The Toronto star has long been friends with British MC Skepta and they have each other’s logos tatted on their bodies. Giggs, Krept & Konan, Dave and Kyla are other U.K. artists that have joined Drake on stage over the course of the tour.
Bryson Tiller announced that he was vibing with Drake for something that might be featured on More Life.
Drizzy also recently shared a new song called “Hush Up The Silence” featuring WizKid. And, of course, he has already released “Two Birds One Stone,” “Fake Love” and the 21 Savage-assisted “Sneakin'” that were advertised as singles for More Life.
Oh, and that collab with Jennifer Lopez still hasn’t surfaced after the two were getting cuddly for the ‘Gram before sharing a prom kiss.
There have been a couple of rumored tracklists circulating (which means that at least one of them is fake … or both — because the internet). Both have more than the 20 new tracks that HDD reported were coming. Both have songs with English MC Giggs.
Alleged production is from 40, Boi1da, Southside, TM88, Vinylz and Murda Beatz.

More Life is the follow-up to Drake’s record-breaking VIEWS, which was also nominated for several Grammys, but received a lowly 2.9 rating on HipHopDX and was named one of our worst albums of 2016.

Vic Mensa Arrested For Felony Gun Possession

Vic Mensa Arrested For Felony Gun Possession

Vic Mensa found himself in hot water when he was arrested last week in Beverly Hills, California, according to TMZ.
At first, the Chicago MC was allegedly pulled over for running a stop sign and for illegal tints, but police found a gun in the car. Mensa provided a concealed carry permit, but it was for another state.
Mensa reportedly spent one night in jail for a felony count of carrying a concealed weapon before being released on $35,000 bail.
This isn’t the Roc Nation signee’s first run-in with law enforcement as he claimed last year that he was racially profiled by police outside of a mall.
Mensa has had a fierce stance against police brutality, especially through the song “16 Shots,” which pays tribute to Laquan McDonald. The Chicago teenager was killed by police in October of 2014 when authorities fired 16 shots on the side of a road.
Fans are still awaiting Mensa’s debut album after he released the There’s Alot Going On EP last year. He tweeted in January that he was in the “homestretch” of the LP.

Forbes Releases 2017 Hip Hop Cash Princes List

Forbes Releases 2017 Hip Hop Cash Princes List

While Diddy had to shoot down rumors that he’d become the first Hip Hop billionaire, the next generation of MCs is preparing to make their run at the title. Forbes released its 2017 Hip Hop Cash Princes list today (March 1) featuring the rising stars in the game.
The Class of 2017 features a diverse roster, including Lil Uzi Vert (22), Tory Lanez (24), Bryson Tiller (23) and Young M.A (24). Forbes curated the list with the help of TDE’s Dave Free, Little Simz and Too $hort, who joined Forbes writers Zack O’Malley Greenburg and Natalie Robehmed in making the selections.
Isaiah Rashad, 25, makes the list because of the success of his debut album, The Sun’s Tirade, and his strong storytelling ability.
“Vocal texture is the main thing that stood out to me when I signed him,” Free says. “His ability to be able to contextualize stories at a young age and be able to do that and understand the range of his vocal abilities sets him apart from any artist that’s out there today.”
Desiigner (19), Lil Yachty (19) and D.R.A.M. (28) all make the list for their commercial impact, with all three up for award at this year’s Grammys. Yachty is also noted for already taking advantage of marketing opportunities, appearing in ads for Sprite and Target.

After a major co-sign from Adele, English rapper Stormzy, 23, is named a Cash Prince because of his impact overseas (he’s sold out three tours in the United Kingdom) and the release of his promising debut album, Gang Signs & Prayer.
“Stormzy gets and understands the bigger picture and isn’t afraid to broaden his horizons,” Little Simz says of her fellow Brit. “He is an inspiration to many and there are no limitations on how far he will take it, because he’s doing this on his own terms.”
Chicago MC Noname, 25, makes the cut for her contributions to Chance The Rapper’s career, especially on the Coloring Book cut “Finish Line/Drown.” She’s also made her mark with her own mixtape, Telefone.

Chris Brown Reportedly Slapped With Yet Another Restraining Order

Chris Brown Reportedly Slapped With Another Restraining Order

Chris Brown has been hit with his second restraining order in as many weeks as he has now been ordered to stay away from Karrueche Tran’s best friend, TMZ reports.
Reports surfaced that Tran filed a restraining order against her former boo last week and now Joseph Ryan La Cour has apparently taken the same route against the singer. In the court documents, he alleges that Breezy threatened to shoot him and that the singer sent his friends after him.

La Cour says that Brown became aggressive with him for standing up for Karrueche amid their rocky breakup. He points to a recent incident at Diddy’s Super Bowl party where the pop star confronted him.
“Ima f*** you up every time I see you,” Brown allegedly said, “so you better get the f*** out of here before I lay your ass out.”
This was supposedly around the time that CB published his rant about being a stalker boyfriend.

This news comes as Breezy has officially called off the boxing match with Soulja Boy and is about to embark on The Party Tour with 50 Cent and Fabolous.

WizKid Signs Multi-Album Deal With RCA Records/Sony Music International: Exclusive

Nigerian singer/songwriter WizKid has found a new home. As previously heard on Drake's Hot 100-topping hit "One Dance" (which he co-wrote and co-produced), the Afrobeats star has signed a multi-album worldwide deal with RCA Records/Sony Music International.
"It’s hard for me to describe what I do, since I work with rhythms from Afro-Beat, reggae, hip-hop, dance hall and others," WizKid told Billboard in a statement. "What’s important to me is for music to be real, authentic, raw and timeless. I don’t wanna be boxed in to any one genre."
RCA Records chairman and CEO Peter Edge added: "We are thrilled to welcome WizKid to the RCA Records family. He has become a superstar in the African music scene and will be a game-changer in bringing African music to the world. We are extremely excited to have him as a part of RCA and are eager for the journey ahead."

Raised on the sounds of Fela Kuti and King Sunny Ade, WizKid (born Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun) gained popularity with the 2010 track "Holla At Your Boy" as a signee to Banky W's Empire Mates Entertainment. He's also released two albums: 2011's Superstar and 2014's Ayo.
"We couldn’t be more excited to welcome WizKid to the Sony Music family," said Sony Music International president of Northern & Eastern Europe and Africa Adam Granite in a statement. "This is an incredibly important signing as we look to make Africa a major source of repertoire for the world. Wiz is a key ambassador for this movement and we look forward to helping him conquer the globe."
WizKid has also already racked up a few accolades in his young career, including a BET Award for Best International Act Africa in 2012 and a British MOBO Award for Best African Act in 2011; most recently, he took home the honor of African Artist of the Year at both the 2016 African Pride Awards and the 2016 Ghana Music Awards. He's currently readying his RCA Records debut.
WizKid also appeared on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show this afternoon (March 1) to release his new track, "Sweet Love," as Lowe's latest World Record of the day, and spoke about the song. Check out the premiere of "Sweet Love" below.

Kendrick Lamar Calls Next Album 'Very Urgent' in New Interview

Kendrick Lamar has more than enough cultural clout to get on the cover of the New York Times’ T Magazine, which is out this week. Cornrow Kenny spoke in eloquent platitudes, talking about his need to give back to the community, and the need for more God in contemporary life.
There were, however, a few hard news takeaways: Lamar is working on a new album, the follow up to demo compilation untitled unmastered. and 2015’s To Pimp a Butterfly. The writer didn’t get to hear the record, but Kendrick did give an interesting quote about what the album (which he called “very urgent”) is inspired by:"This is what goes on in my mind as a writer. One day, I may have a little girl … She’s gonna grow up. She’s gonna be a child I adore, I’m gonna always love her, but she’s gonna reach that one point where she’s gonna start experiencing things. And she’s gonna say things or do things that you may not condone, but it’s the reality of it and you know she was always gonna get to that place. And it’s disturbing. But you have to accept it. You have to accept it and you have to have your own solutions to figure out how to handle the action and take action for it.
“When I say ‘the little girl,’ it’s the analogy of accepting the moment when she grows up. We love women, we enjoy their company. At one point in time I may have a little girl who grows up and tells me about her engagements with a male figure — things that most men don’t want to hear. Learning to accept it, and not run away from it, that’s how I want this album to feel.”
Doesn’t look like there will be any bangers on this upcoming effort, sadly.

The 13 Best Relationship Tips Ever

Beginning a relationship is generally the easy part; it's
maintaining the connection that gets a little tricky. That's
why a growing number of twosomes (whether or not
they've tied the knot) are going into couples therapy as a
preemptive strike against the tough times that will inevitably
hit...and to learn how to keep the good times flowing.
To give you a leg up in your love life, we asked the country's
top relationship experts to share the most crucial things
they've uncovered over the years — from big-picture philosophies
to little gestures that go a long way. These practices
will help keep your union in a happy, healthy place.
1. Act Out of Character
Couples develop a particular
dynamic: the way they relate to
each other that repeats itself

over and over. If you break that pattern and act against
type — in a positive way — you inject new life into the
relationship. For example, if you always get angry at your
guy when he doesn't follow through on some chore, try
addressing him in a nicer, more friendly tone, then thank
him when he does a good job. It works every time.
—Toni Coleman, psychotherapist and relationship coach in McLean, Virginia
2. Get in Touch a Lot
No doubt you hug and kiss
each other hello and maybe
snuggle a little after having
sex. But simple acts like stroking his arm while you're
watching TV, taking his hand when you're walking
down the street, or fondling his thigh during dinner are
also ways to bond. Touching your partner throughout
the day triggers your feel-good hormones, which reinforces
your affection and makes you feel closer on an
instinctive level.

—Psychotherapist Barton Goldsmith, PhD, author of
Emotional Fitness for Couples
3. Don't Be BFFs
Being pals with your man is
great in theory. But that kind of
connection actually can kill your
sex life. You could wind up having a roommatelike bond
with each other rather than a hot one if you let yourself
lose track of the masculine-feminine tension that excited
you at the beginning of your relationship. Save the gab
sessions for when you hang out with your girlfriends and
your sexy energy for connecting with your guy.

—Lana Holstein, MD, director of sexuality and vitality programs
for couples at Miraval Resort in Catalina, Arizona
4. Enjoy a Steady Diet of Sex
If you want to maintain
closeness with your man,
get out of your head and
into bed. Guys feel more comfortable connecting with
women on a physical level, not engaging in deep discussions.
To strengthen your bond, approach your lust life as you would
your gym regimen or your diet — make it part of your routine.
Set a goal to have sex at least a couple times a week.

—Toni Coleman
5. Take Turns Talking
To make sure you both get a
chance to state what's on your
mind during a disagreement —
and get your points across — alternate playing reflective
therapist, where one listens while the other talks.

—Psychologist Diana Kirschner, PhD, author of
 Opening Love's Door
6. Find the Intersection
When making decisions
together, try to find common
ground. You each
should write down exactly what you want. Let's say
you're angling for a vacay in San Francisco to see the
sights and hit up the cool shops and restaurants, while
he wants a tropical getaway where he can veg out by
the pool and sip drinks with umbrellas in the glass. Now
that your desires are clearly laid out on paper, you can
pick a place that will satisfy both your needs. A cool
city, a little sun...how about Miami?

—Paul Dobransky, MD,
author of
The Secret Psychology of How We Fall in Love
7. Be More Positive Than Negative
There's a more effective
way to air
grievances than to
file an angry complaint. Sandwich your negative comment
between two positives. If you want to complain
about how he's always late, for example, try something like "You know, I love that you're so laid-back and easygoing,
but it really bothers me when you show up so late.
I'm sure you can still be the fun guy I adore and also be
on time."

—Los Angeles psychologist Yvonne Thomas, PhD
8. Echo Each Other

When you and your man are
having a serious relationship
talk, it's easy to get so caught
up in how you want to respond that you're not really
listening to what's being said. That's why it's important
for both of you to repeat each other: so you know you've
been heard and you feel understood.

—Yvonne Thomas
9. Grow Your Tolerance
Neither of you is perfect, and
the quirks you both have are
here to stay. So rather than
let those annoying traits work your last nerve, try to
get in touch with the upside of those particular flaws,
even if it's not immediately recognizable. Instead of
getting annoyed when he starts screaming at the TV,
for example, remind yourself how much you love his
passion. Or if his shyness with new people bugs you,
think about how refreshing it is to be with a chill,
genuine guy rather than a blowhard who needs to chat
with everyone in the room.

—Denver psychologist Jennifer Oikle, PhD, dating coach for Coupling Connection
10. Take a Time-Out
It's important that you
get a break from the
daily grind and spend
alone time as a couple — cell phones and the Internet
are off-limits. It can be a fun day trip or just a few
quiet hours to yourselves. The point is simply to steal
away (even if you're going nowhere) so you can reconnect,
free of any distractions.

—Diana Kirschner
11. Have His Back
You might not agree with
your guy when he's had a
riff with a friend or he
thinks his boss is being unfair, but you should always
be on his side...and vice versa. Otherwise, you'll both
feel like you can't count on each other. That doesn't
mean you have to take the "you're so right" route all
the time. Just hear him out, and let him know that
you'll support him no matter what.

—New York City psychotherapist JoAnn Magdoff, PhD
12. Spend a Little Money on Each Other
You don't have to
wait for a
special occasion to give small presents to show your
love. In fact, gifts are more fun-and meaningful —
when they're not expected. Try to get into the
habit of exchanging sweet tokens of appreciation for
no particular reason. Don't go and blow your paycheck
though. It's not about being extravagant; it's
just a way of showing that you really get — and think
about — each other. Maybe you buy him a tee of his
favorite band that you saw on sale or he gets you a
pair of pajamas in your favorite color.

—Barton Goldsmith
13. Be a Good Date
Face it, no one can stay
fascinating forever.
After being together
for a while, the initial excitement fades, and your guy
can start to get kind of boring sometimes. Hey, don't
think you're off the hook — if you're feeling a little
ho-hum about him, the feeling is likely mutual! To
combat the blahs, take turns coming up with an interesting
date idea every month. Keep the time and
details to yourself, and try to think outside the box —
dinner and a movie is not exactly innovative. An awesome
concert or a snowboarding lesson, for example,
is a much less predictable treat.

—Jennifer Oikle
The Romance-Friendly Home
Cohabiting has its
perks, like frequent
opportunities for sex
and someone to read
the Sunday paper with.
But harmonizing
decorating tastes and
maintaining a sense
of mystery can be
a challenge. Michael
Payne, interior designer
and host of HGTV's
Designing for the
Sexes,
 offers tips for
sharing a happy home.
Compromise
on color.
Men veer
toward taupe and beige,
while women tend to like
stronger hues, such as
red or deep gold. To create
a compatible home,
especially in the bedroom,
where you're most
intimate, try colors both
sexes agree on, such
as chocolate brown or
silver blue.

Banish TV from
the bedroom.

Television is a major
intimacy killer. Watch
your favorite shows and
DVDs in another room,
and use the boudoir
for three things: sleep,
snuggling, and sex.

Install dimmers.

Low lighting may seem
like a cheesy cliché,
but it really can set a
mood, making your
living room feel cozy
and giving your bedroom
a sexy vibe.

Create your
own space.
Even
though you're sharing
a pad, you each need a
separate area to serve
as a quiet escape. It
might be just a chair
and table in a corner, a
desk, or if you're lucky,
a spare room.
Surprising Screwups
Avoid these often-overlooked issues.
You ignore money matters. Even
if it's awkward, you need to discuss
who should pay for what and how
much both of you can afford.

You're too friendly with his pals.

They're his friends, and he wants to
preserve that separate part of his
life that doesn't include you. So don't
tag along every time he's with them.

You never argue.
 By not addressing
a problem, it probably won't be
resolved. Explain how you're feeling,
give him a chance to respond, and
don't let it devolve into an insult bout.

You're too low-maintenance.
 If he's
inconsiderate and you don't call him
on it, he'll keep treating you badly.
Just be straight-up and say you don't
like being disrespected.
